What is possible?

Actually, it is better to ask what is not possible. The workflow can be tailored to the processes that exist. On the other hand, the workflow can also improve or supplement the existing processes. The workflow can be applied to the various incoming templates:

  • Purchase invoices;
  • (concept) sales invoices;
  • expense declarations;
  • Conversion tasks;
  • Trusted senders.

At theConversion tasksA generic workflow is already applicable. This will take care of the disapproval e-mails that are sent if the processing fails.

The operation of workflow

We will take the purchase invoices as an example. At thePurchase invoicesThe workflow can be started automatically upon entry, or manually from the mailbox. At the start, automatic validations can already be performed such as, is there an order number present? Or, does the order number start with a 6? For example, there are many validations to consider on all possible fields in the UBL.
After the start and based on the validation, the invoice can be automatically assigned to another user user/group/role. This is done by assigning a task to the person or persons.
