Where can I find if the invoice has arrived?
If an invoice has been sent, it can be found in the appSales invoicesand inInbox Out.
In the overview of the invoices you can see the status of the invoice. In many cases, this will be 'received' or 'opened'. Once the electronic status exchange has improved, other statuses will also become visible. These now work within their own eConnect network and possibly if a linked software package has also implemented the status exchange.
