Standard time window maintenance work

We are constantly working on improving the services of eConnect. We attach great importance to keeping our online solutions vital and up-to-date.

Increasingly, this can be done by implementing smart 'micro-updates'. However, we do not assume that regular maintenance must take place with the risk of interruptions in the service. In order to minimise the risk of inconvenience, we have chosen to schedule all regular maintenance work on Saturday morning from 2:00 am to 8:00 am.

In the event of an emergency, you can choose to adjust the platform immediately and carry out maintenance work.
