Creating a filter in the views

In all views of documents such as Inbox in/out, all apps, transaction overviews, etc. can be filtered with specific search terms that can also be saved for later use. By clicking on the filter/judge ("Views")...

opens the screen to create a new filter view. By on the white plus in the orange ballClick on the bottom right, there will be aThe new filterView started.

The filter view that is started can beNameare given, after which additional filters can be entered such as a date range:


To save the filter for future use, click (first) to "Save", and to apply it directly to "Apply".

The results can continue on theThree dotsClicks are also exported to .csv. You can open that file either in a text editor or in a spreadsheet program to apply any calculations or other operations.

Please note that there is a limit on the number of rules that can be exported. This is set at 5,000. If the result is greater, the filter in eConnect must be adjusted to a smaller range.
