Add Your own organization through the menu on the left Administration > Organization and click on the orange sphere with the plus sign Add organization. Automatic addition to Chamber of Commerce only works for Dutch organisations. For organizations from other countries, Contact to be admitted with us. A separate page has been created for a Belgian entity to start the process. The organization can already be created via the option 'I want to enter it myself', but cannot be activated.
Please note: This is your own organization. Not a supplier or your customer!
Please note: You can add two own organizations in subscription "Invoice Portal". If you need more organizations, at least change your subscription form to "Basic".
Please note: Don't see an orange ball with plus sign you are not an administrator in the area and you cannot add an organization. Within your own organization, check who is administrator on the platform with the request to create your administrator or add it to the organization already created and actively.
In the search bar you can search for the organization by name, location or Chamber of Commerce number. It is possible to add multiple organizations. Then select your organization and click on Select.
An overview of the company data will now appear. It is possible to add additional information, but activation is only possible if only one identifier is entered. Empty any additional fields completed automatically or manually, leave one field filled in (preferably Chamber of Commerce) and then click on Save.
The organization is open and indicates that it has not yet been activated. Click on Activate now to start the activation process.
We carry out an audit to ensure that you are authorized to act for the company you specified. For this, you have the choice of two methods. Select the method and click Continue.
The first method is Automatically activate by means of an onlline payment of 1 cent from the bank account of the company you specified. Select the bank and follow the on-screen instructions. In the event of a successful* transfer, the organization is activated on the platform.
We verify the registration of the company based on the bank details. The bank has checked the identity of the bankholder, and we check whether the person is entitled to act on behalf of the company.
* Please note: If the account name does not fully match the organization name, the automatic activation will not work immediately. eConnect will then ask for additional information. Activation may take longer.
Do not cancel the online payment prematurely.
Sometimes an activation request is checked and assessed by an eConnect employee. Sometimes an activation is not completed fully automatically after the payment has been made and some time may take some time. Did you make the payment outside office hours? Then the organization will only be activated during the next working day. In such a case, there is no point in making the payment twice.
You can also choose 'Manual activation procedure". You will then receive an invoice to transfer 15 euros excluding VAT from the account of the company you specified*. eConnect checks whether you are authorized to act on behalf of the organization.
The invoice can be found in Inbox IN on the platform, you have also received an email with a link to the invoice. After payment of the invoice, it will be checked whether the activation can take place, this can take a few days. Once the organization is activated, you will receive an e-mail in the mailbox of the person who created the organization.
In case of successful activation, there is a checkmark underneath Activated.
Click now on Close to move forward.
